On 7/09/24 @ 1:20pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Laird conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of inspecting the new playground equipment. LPA Laird met with director Alli Ramelli

LPA Laird toured the play yard and inspected the area where the new play structure will be placed. The play structure is age appropriate for the children in care according to manufacturing guidelines. At the time of inspection, there was wood bark to absorb falls.

LPA Laird informed Alli Ramelli that the play yard is approved. The facility shall provided pictures of the installed play structure once completed.

A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
