Concerning the allegation that staff do not provide adequate supervision, specifically that staff use personal cell phones in the classroom, three out of five staff confirmed that phone use during work hours had been an issue. As a result, the facility held a meeting on May 29, 2025, to address classroom expectations and the prohibition of personal cell phone use while supervising children.
In response to the allegation that a child was left in a soiled diaper for an extended period, it was noted that the majority of children in the three-year-old classroom are potty trained, and this classroom does not contain a changing table.
