On August 13, 2024 at 01:05 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Courtnee Peebles conducted an Case Management visit regarding room changes that have taken place due to moving the preschool program classroom closer to the restrooms. Preschool classrooms will be moving from room #4 to room #8. Director stated, the facility will be building a playground for the preschool program at a later date, director was informed the playground will need to be inspected by CCLD upon completion. Capacity will not change, the classroom is sufficient for 24 children.

The designated Preschool Classroom Is moving to classroom #8, with an identical classroom layout and space.LPA observed a total of 6 sinks and 9 toilets available for children’s use.

LPA continued to tour the facility and measured indoor activity spaces for Room #8. Total indoor activity space measured 1101.5, which is sufficient to accommodate the capacity of 24 Children.
LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, napping cots/mats, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via filter water and children's own water dispensers. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 8/13/2024.


There were no deficiencies cited during this visit.

An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with supervisor Crystal Poole . Appeal rights were discussed and provided during the exit interview.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
