There is an above ground pool. The above ground pool is located on the right side of the yard; which is an off-limit area. The height of the above ground pool is 4 feet and 3 inches tall. The above ground pool was placed on a wood deck; the wood deck has a height of 10 inches; the combined height of the deck and height of the pool make it over 5ft tall; inaccessible per Title 22 regulations. LPA also observed a wrought iron fence that measures 5ft tall installed to prevent access to the off-limit area of the backyard where the pool is located. The wrought iron fencing contains a gate that is self-latching and self closing door, which swings away from the pool. Additionally, Licensee installed 5ft. mesh fencing on the deck to ensure there are no windows that have direct access into the pool area. The 5ft mesh fencing has contains a door that is self closing, self latching and swings way from the pool. The backside of the pool has concrete cement blocks that Licensee shares with back neighbor. Licensee understands that all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools, spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 Regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar products must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position.
