25 | On 06/15/2021 at 09:10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Destinee Hogue arrived at the facility to conduct a required annual inspection. During this inspection, LPA Hogue toured the facility inside and outside, took census of daycare children present on this date, verified facility associations, and discussed the following with Licensee, Alma Sanchez
Normal days and hours of operation are: Sunday through Saturday, 23 hours a day
OFF-LIMIT AREAS INCLUDE: Entire second floor, in-law suite (bedroom), pool and garage
· There is an in-ground pool surrounded by mesh fencing. The fence surrounds the entire pool, the gate is self-closing, self-latching, and opens away from the pool. Licensee understands all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools & spas, in-ground pools & spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar product must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position.
· No guns or weapons present as stated by the Licensee. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key-locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 regulations.
· Storage areas for poisons are observed to be inaccessible and stored behind a key-lock cabinet.
· All hazardous items are inaccessible, this includes; detergents, cleaning compounds, medications, and other items.
· There is a no fireplace at the residence
· Appropriate fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector is present and were tested by the applicant during this inspection.
· Home is clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort
· Stairs are barricaded at this time |
