13 | On the above date and time listed, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nasha King arrived at the facility for the purpose of delivering the complaint findings into the above-referenced allegations. LPA met with Jean Espino, Director. LPA toured the facility, conducted census, and verified facility staff and children enrollment. During this visit, LPA did not observe any immediate safety hazards or concerns.
On August 17, 2022, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint, alleging that day-care child sustained injuries while in care and that day-care child is not cleaned after feedings. An initial 10-day visit was conducted on August 19, 2022, by LPA King. During this visit, LPA reviewed and obtained copies of facility records, and the investigation was extended at that time. On October 20, 2022, and October 24, 2022, LPA King conducted subsequent visits to the facility to interview staff pertinent to the investigation. During these visits, LPA did not observe any immediate safety hazards or concerns.
