25 | On May 12, 2023 and 12:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conduct an annual inspection as part of a compliance review and licensee has applied to increase capacity to Large Family Childcare home LPA toured the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed, and the following was observed and/or discussed: Present during this inspection were: Alejandra Godinez-Ramos, 2 minor children of licensee and 3 daycare children. The home is single story with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with attached garage. Fire Clearance was approved by Riverside County Fire Dept. on 5/1/2023.
· Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
· Off-limit areas include: Masterbedroom/bath, bedroom 2-3 and garage
· The facility is licensed to have no more than 8 children as a Small FCCH and is operating within the licensed capacity and appropriate ratios.
· Appropriate supervision provided during this inspection
· A working telephone is present, and the current phone number is on file
· A fully charged fire extinguisher 2A:10BC was observed. A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were present and tested by the Licensee during this inspection.
· There is no fireplace
· All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children
· Toxins are locked
· Weapons are not present. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys
