On February 20, 2025 at approximately 12:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jesse Gardner conducted an unannounced case management visit in regard to the facility wanting to utilize an outdoor fenced space for infants. LPA met with Site Director Allison Mineweaser (S1), toured the facility, and took a census.

Infant Outdoor Activity Area

Total Area: 9'.11" x 12'.04" = 109.68 ft.
5'.04" x 2'.1" / 2 = 5.292 ft.

109.68 + 5.292 = 114.972 / 75 = 2

Total Capacity for outdoor space is 2

An exit interview was conducted where a copy of this report was reviewed with and provided to Site Director Allison Mineweaser along with a copy of the Appeal Rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
