25 | On 02/04/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelli Waters arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct an annual inspection as part of a compliance review. Present during the inspection was Licensee Devilleres, co-licensee Long Do arrived while inspection was concluding. LPA met with Tacy Devilleres and toured the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed, and the following was observed and/or discussed:
Facility Review:
• Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 6:00am-5:30pm
• Off-limit areas include: kitchen, master bedroom, bedroom 1, laundry room, and garage
• The facility is licensed to have no more than 14 children as a large FCCH and is operating within the licensed capacity and appropriate ratios. 3 children were present
• Appropriate supervision was being provided during this inspection
• A working telephone is present, and the current phone number is on file
• A fully charged fire extinguisher (2A:10BC) was observed. A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were present and tested by the Licensee during this inspection.
• Fireplace is properly screened to prevent access by children
• All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children; licensee moved items higher in bathroom area to make items inaccessible
• Weapons are not present. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations
• Clean, safe, and age-appropriate toys are provided
