25 | On December 30, 2024, at 09:57 AM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s) Courtnee Peebles and Hayley McCarthy arrived at the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. Present during this inspection were: applicant Sherly Le. The home is two stories with four bedrooms, two ½ baths, with attached garage. LPA's toured the facility, inside and out with Sherly Lunod Le and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Per Applicant, off-limit areas include: Kitchen, bedrooms 1,2,3, and garage.
· Normal hours of operation will be: Monday through Friday 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM
· Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors were tested by the applicant during this inspection and were in working order.
· There is central heating and air conditioning.
· The fire extinguisher is fully charged and met standards established by the State Fire Marshal.
· All hazardous items were observed to be inaccessible. Storage of poisons and toxins are inaccessible to children in an off limits area, that will remain inaccessible by use of a safety latch. Sharp items including kitchen knives, are inaccessible and stored in a kitchen drawer. Medicines are locked and stored in the bathroom sink that will be made inaccessible by safety latch.
· First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen cabinet and contains all required items.
· There are guns or weapons stored in the facility as of this date. Applicant understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations.
· The fireplace is properly screened |
