While at the facility for another purpose, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Natalie Dunaway and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Velasco observed locked classroom doors and locked playground access. LPM and LPA conducted case management inspection to provide guidance to facility Site Supervisor Shelby Dennis (Director) regarding parents' rights, which include having access to the facility when their child is in care. Director stated some parents may have the codes to enter the playground and/or classroom, and if they ask staff to escort them may be able to enter those areas when let in by staff. LPM and LPA documented a Technical Violation because parents did not have access to the facility's classrooms without providing advance notice.

Technical Violation is documented on the continuation page LIC 9102.

Exit interview was conducted and notice of site visit was provided.
