13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Director Shelby Dennis to continue and close a complaint investigation, regarding the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 66 Children. LPA made observations, gathered documents pertaining to the investigation and conducted interviews. It was alleged that staff pushed and inappropriately disciplined a child. Parent, staff and children’s interviews did not corroborate the allegations.
Director stated that staff use appropriate measures to make sure children are being safe such as redirection.
Based on LPA’s investigation although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
No Title 22 Deficiencies observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Shelby Dennis.
