Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Coordinatosr Doris Reese and Christina Roseli to close complaint investigation, regarding the above allegations. LPA met with Doris and Christina at 5735 47th Ave, Sacramento, Ca 95824. It was alleged that “Staff forced day care children engage in inappropriate interactions”, “Staff took daycare to an unknown location outside of the facility”, “Staff does inappropriate activities with children in care”, “Staff threatened child in care”, “Staff locked daycare children in the facility restroom” and “Staff hit children in care”. LPA made observations, conducted interviews and gathered documents pertaining to the investigation.
Children, Staff and Parent interviews did not corroborate the allegation. Documents gathered did not corroborate the allegation. Observations did not corroborate the allegation. Based on LPAs' investigation, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met, therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Coordinator stated
There were no Title 22 deficiencies during today’s investigation. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Coordinators Doris Reese.
