25 | On 03/03/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kimberly Viarella made an unannounced visit to this facility to conduct an annual inspection. There was another car parked in front of the house, but not in the driveway.
While waiting for a response to the doorbell, the person who had been waiting in the care came up the walkway and identified themselves as a hospice agency interested in leaving some information. When no one responded to the door bell or the LPA knocking on the door, the hospice representative left and the LPA called the Licensee / Administrator, Martin Rodil. LPA left a message and Martin Rodil returned the call shortly thereafter. The Licensee / Administrator explained to the LPA that he had taken his resident out to an appointment and would not be back for roughly 2 hours.
Due to time constraints, LPA stated they would return at a later date and left her business card in the door for reference.
