On 10/29/24 at 1:15pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Gould arrived at Silver Springs RCFE 2 for the purpose of conducting a pre-licensing inspection for a change of ownership. LPA met with staff, Jackie Chan and together conducted a tour of the home. There are currently 5 residents in care.

All corrections identified from the currently licensed home have been completed.

The applicant has met all requirements to be licensed. LPA has no objections with the facility being licensed. LPA will notify CAB that the facility has met all requirements to be licensed.
