At 1:20 p.m. on Friday, May 5th, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Director, Julie Jenkins, for the purpose of an unannounced, Case Management - Incident inspection, LPA observed a census of 43 napping preschool children supervised by 5 staff. The facility self reported an unusual incident to the department on April 25th, 2023. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews and gathered documentation.

In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with the Director, Julie Jenkins. Notice of site visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
