At 11:45 a.m. on Friday, May 26th, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Director, Julie Jenkins, for the purpose of an unannounced case management - incident inspection. LPA observed a census of 47 children supervised by 5 staff. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained criminal record clearance. During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews following up on an unusual incident that was previously reported to the department.

No deficiencies were cited inspection. A notice of site visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
