On May 1, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kyrsten Williams and Stephanie Piring met with facility representative, director Robin Rivas, for the purpose of a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. On March 26, 2024, one type B citation was issued with a due date of April 26, 2024. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 40 preschool children being supervised by 6 staff members. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance.

LPAs completed a record review of staff files. LPAs observed staff have completed Mandated Reporter Training and certificates have been added to staff files. LPA will clear deficiency HSC 1596.8662(b)(1) that was cited on 03/26/2024.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility representative, Robin Rivas.
