Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martinez conducted a POC visit for a substantiated complaint issued on 2/2/22. LPA toured the infant room and spoke to three staff who stated the issue has been corrected and they have not had issues since the final inspection and pest control spray on 2/22/22. During today's visit the previous Director has left the facility and the New Director has taken over as of today 3/7/22. The citation is cleared.
