25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennie Tedlos and Licensing Program Manager Bettina Engelman met with Acting Director Suzie Cervantes to follow up on the Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted to Community Care Licensing on September 19, 2023. LPAs arrived at the facility and disclosed the purpose of the inspection and were granted entrance. Criminal background clearances were verified.
LPA conducted staff interviews, reviewed records, and observed care and supervision of children. LPA requested a copy of the Facility Roster.
Facility evaluation report was reviewed and discussed with Acting Director, Suzie Cervantes. Exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
