At 10:55 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Licensee, Hamid Hosseini, for the purpose of a POC inspection. A citation was issued on Thursday, August 4th, 2022, regarding qualifications. During today's inspection, LPA conducted a census and observed 17 preschool children on the outdoor play yard supervised by 2 teachers and one aide, 14 preschool children inside the classroom supervised by 1 teacher and 2 aides, and 9 toddler children in the outdoor side yard supervised by 2 teachers. Additional administrative staff not in ratio were also present during time of inspection. Licensee also provided LPA with an updated staff schedule. The citation has been corrected per POC and is cleared. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for a period of 30 days.
