On Monday May 06, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Stephanie Piring met with Facility Representative, April Vasquez (Director), for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection. LPA observed 9 sleeping infants being supervised by 1 staff in the seedlings room.

This facility was previously cited under CCR 101226.2 for illness isolation. During today's visit, LPA observed updated contact information for Authorized Representatives and the plan to move furniture to separate the classroom if a child needed to isolate for sickness in the same room. LPA will clear the deficiency that was cited on 04/23/24.

Report was reviewed with Facility Representative April Vasquez and exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
