32 | LPA found no evidence that the children were called any derogatory names nor that there was any discrimination from the licensee. Further, when investigating the allegation of bullying, LPA found that at no point did guardians mention their children were exposed to bullying.
When investigating the complaint of not allowing guardians into the childcare, LPA found that at no point did the licensee not allow parents to step inside of the house and check on their children while in care. Further, parents are encouraged to volunteer at the facility.
Based on the information obtained, LPA could not corroborate the above allegations.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore all allegations are unsubstantiated.
A notice of site visit was provided and will be posted for 30 days.
