On 11/17/21, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jan Hoshida met with Licensee Felicia Taylor for an unannounced Case Management Inspection regarding unusual incidents that occurred at the facility.

Upon arrival, LPA observed there were no day care children with Licensee. Also present during the inspection was Licensee’s husband and handyman. During today’s inspection, LPA toured the facility, conducted interview, and obtained documents related to the incident.

During the inspection, Licensee requested to make the sun room off limits. Licensee acknowledged that LPA must come out to inspect the room to make it on limits for child care use.

At this time, no Title 22 Deficiencies were issued. LPA reviewed and provided copy of report with the Licensee. LPA provided Licensee with a Notice of Site Visit provided which must remain posted for 30 days.
