On December 6, 2022 at 8:45 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lea Habtom and Amanda Blesi met with director, Lauralyn Hill, regarding a case management visit to clear the citation given on November 17, 2022 addressing the broken toilets. The census for today was 33 preschool children being supervised by 2 staff and the director in the Zoofaire & Alphabet class. LPAs checked the toilets in the classroom between the Zoofaire and Alphabets and confirmed that both toilets are operable. LPA L. Habtom cleared the citation for fixing the toilets issued on November 17, 2022.

No Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's visit.
