On September 19, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Michelle Perez, met with Director Lauralyn Hill, at approximately 11AM, to deliver findings for the above allegation. During arrival, there was a census of 47 preschool-aged children, with 10 staff, not including Director and Assistant Director.

It was alleged that staff yell at children in care. LPA investigated the allegation, through interviews with staff, parents and children, as well as, obtained a roster, made observations of their outside play and inside classroom time. LPA interviewed staff from multiple classrooms to obtain detailed information.

LPA found that although staff can speak firmly to the children, when needed, there was no evidence to corroborate that staff yell at children in care.
