At 3:20 p.m. on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Director, Lilya Farfan, for the purpose of a case management inspection. During today's inspection, LPA observed pack and play play yards in the napping area of the infant classroom. Pack and play yards had loose objects in them. LPA reviewed Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment regulations with Director. Technical assistance was conducted. No regulatory violations were issued during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
