On Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at approximately 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with Director Michelle Ingram to follow up on a deficiency. LPA observed six preschool children supervised by one fully qualified teacher. All individuals requiring criminal record background check have been cleared. The facility was previously cited for an unsafe play structure. LPA observed that the play structure has been repaired, and the citation was cleared

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. LPA reviewed this report with the Director and provided a printed copy. A Notice of Site Visit was printed and shall remain posted in the facility for 30 days.
