On Thursday, March 13, 2025, at approximately 9:45 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with Facility Representative Fola Odunlami, for the purpose of a complaint investigation and to deliver findings. It was alleged that licensee does not ensure front door is in good repair and staff left day care children unsupervised in classroom. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations.
LPA observed full supervision of all children in care throughout the investigation. Staff stated in interview that full supervision is always maintained in the facility. Parents stated that they think the level of supervision in the facility is good.
Staff stated that there are no issues with the front door. One parent stated in interview that the front doorknob can be tricky. Throughout the investigation, LPA observed that the front door latched and locked when closed.
