25 | On May 11, 2023 at 12:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tanya Washington met with Licensee Marshella Ryan for an unannounced random annual inspection and toured areas of the home accessible to children in care. Off-limit areas include kitchen, master bedroom/bathroom (last room in the hallway on the left, near the children's bathroom), Licensee's older daughter's room (last room in the hallway on the right) and garage. Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Licensee stated that the main area for care is the living room and currently she does not have any children who nap in the bedrooms, however if needed the two other bedrooms are available. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
