13 | On May 22, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Licensee, Sima Eskandari, for the purpose of a complaint investigation and to deliver findings for the above allegation. The purpose of today’s inspection was explained.Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA made observations, reviewed records, and conducted interviews. LPA observed the Licensee and assistants providing adequate care and supervision to children in care. LPA observed licensee/assistants engaged with children in care and spread out to supervise all chidlren present. LPA additionally observed the physical plant is arranged in designated sectioned off play areas allowing for easy visual supervision. Consistent statements made during interviews indicated that the Licensee and assistants are always watching and present near the children and meeting their needs. Additionally, interviews conducted with parent(s)/guardian(s) did not reveal concerns regarding supervision. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and a Notice of Site Visit and Appeal Rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
