25 | On February 28, 2024 at approximately 9:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with licensee Nesrin Aouf for the purpose of a required three-year inspection. There was one daycare child present during today’s inspection. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Licensee was reminded that no children shall be in care for over a 24 hour period. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance.
A health and safety evaluation was conducted in all areas accessible to children. Off-Limits areas: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #3, Garage, and Patio. LPA observed a fully charged fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Fireplace was covered per regulation. Per licensee, there are no weapons or poisons in the home. Sharp knives are stored in a high kitchen shelf out of children’s reach. LPA observed required posted documents.
LPA reviewed a sample of children’s files and found them to be complete. LPA observed a completed Children’s Roster. Licensee’s CPR and First Aid certificate is valid through January 14, 2025.
