Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with licensee, Sherry Groce, regarding an Unusual Incident that took place May 30, 2024. Today's census was 11 children. Also present was licensee's assistant, Maria Gutierrez. LPA observed that the facility was incompliance with Title 22 regulations and the Health and Safety Code at time of inspection.


No Title 22 Deficiencies observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee.
