At 12:05 p.m. Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Karyn Guerra and Alecia Sifuentes met with Licensee, Courtney Williams, for the purpose of an announced prelicensing inspection. During today's inspection, LPAs observed the following corrections made:

1. Cribs have been set up
2. A changing pad was observed in the changing table.
3. Moveable walls/partitions for the napping area are at least 4 feet high
4. Outdoor play space contains age appropriate materials.
5. Wooden fencing has been repaired.
6. Shelving has been cleared.
7. Floors are clean.

INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
Indoor classroom space was measured. The Caterpillar and Butterflies classrooms have a total square footage of 881.74 square feet, which will accommodate the requested capacity of 24 children.



The following corrections shall be made prior to licensure:

1. Cushioning shall be added beneath play structures.
2. Outdoor furnishings shall be cleaned.
