13 | Licensing Program Analyst Erwina Pascual-Golamco (LPA) met with Facility Representative, Nicole Alley (FR), to deliver findings. LPA toured the facility, including all activity and classroom spaces, and outdoor play areas. FR was reminded never to exceed the conditions, limitations, and capacity specified on the license.
It was alleged that Licensee is not providing healthful accommodations to children in care. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA toured the facility, observed staff provide care to children, reviewed documentation, and conducted interviews. Staff and Parent Interviews revealed that they take children to have outdoor play weather permitting. Staff wipe down equipment, and if children's clothes get wet, they either have extra clothes provided by the facility, or use children's own extra clothes provided by parents/guardians. Children's wet clothes are dried using the facility's dryer. Tissue boxes or wipes, and water bottles are available in their outdoor play space. continued on LIC9099-C...
