Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the licensee, Bibi Akhtar, for an inspection of Plan of correction. Purpose of the inspection was informed.

During inspection, there were two children in care with licensee and one helper. During the previous inspection on November 12, 2024, LPA did not observe valid CPR training certificate on file and issued a citation. During today’s inspection, LPA observed the licensee has obtained a new training and have completion certificate on file. Per certificate, the training is valid until December 06, 2026. During inspection, LPA did not observe any violation of regulations. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
