At 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Licensee, Tara Taylor, for the purpose of a prelicensing inspection. Applicant requests an infant license serve 6 infant children from birth to 24 months in Suite 7. Applicant will no longer be removing the toddler option from the preschool facility. A fire clearance for the requested capacity of 6 infant children was previously received and is on file with the department. During today's inspection, LPA observed requested corrections made to facility.


Indoor Activity Space

LPA also observed purchase order for infant changing table that is set to be delivered tomorrow. Changing table matches the existing changing table in the toddler classroom and has raised sides at least three inches high. Measurements were taken during today's inspection. The indoor activity space measures 214.14 square feet and will accommodate the requested capacity of 6 infant children.


Licensee also provided schedule for outdoor play time and will follow up with an email to LPA including schedule to request rotating play space waiver.


Effective today, April 18th, 2023, The facility is approved for an infant license with a capacity of 6 children ages birth to 24 months.
