25 | On March 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Michelle Perez met with licensee Liudmyla Burakovska for the purpose of a case management visit, to tour and conduct a health and safety inspection of the newly added portion of the house.
There were no children upon arrival, as licensee was previously inactive while construction was completed.
The house now contains a secondary portion, which consists of a main room, a bedroom, one bathroom and a laundry area. This addition connects to the existing portion of the house, which also has a main room, kitchen and bathroom. Both of these are now one house.
THERE ARE NO OFF LIMIT AREAS INSIDE THE HOUSE. Licensee will continue to utilize the backyard directly behind the house, and the portion behind the gate with the children's playground equipment.
When looking directly at the house, the garden area to the left of the house is off limits for children.
LPA verified all permits from the city, which confirm the house has passed all inspections. The house has two commercial grade fire pull alarms mounted to the first initial house and the new addition. Smoke detectors are in both sections of the house with a carbon monoxide alarm.
Licensee is current with both Mandated Reporter and CPR training's.
Effective today, 3/17/2025 the new addition can be utilized for childcare and the facility will be re-activated.
