13 | Licensing Program Analyst Erwina Pascual-Golamco (LPA) met with Director, Danielle Law, to deliver findings. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA toured the facility, observed staff provide care to children, reviewed documentation, and conducted interviews. Interviews revealed that staff attend to infants needs by checking on information written on their white boards and an App to keep them updated on infant's daily needs like diaper changes, feedings, naps, and bottles. Bottles are labeled and are stored in the facility refrigerator, and staff place them in a bin, out of infant's reach when feedings are done. LPA Interviews, observation, and facility documentation failed to corroborate the allegation that staff did not provide adequate supervision to infants in care. Although the alleged violation may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that it did or did not occur, therefore, it is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
This report was reviewed with Director, and an exit interview was conducted. Appeal Rights were provided and a Notice of Site Visit (NOS) was provided to Director, who will post it for a period of 30 days for parental review.
