25 | On 06/01/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with the licensee, Zainab Nazari, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced licensee initiated case management inspection. No day care children were present during the inspection.
The licensee has requested to change the off-limit areas of the home. The new off-limit areas include: entire upstairs, laundry room, and garage. On limit areas to children include downstairs areas of living room, dining room, kitchen, daycare room, bathroom, and backyard.
Licensing Program Analyst made observations of the previously off-limit areas of the kitchen and backyard. LPA verified the new on limits areas were clean, orderly, and free of hazards. LPA observed sharp items, medications, cleaning solution were inaccessible to children. LPA concluded proposed new on limit areas are safe for day care children to utilize.
Licensee has an in-ground pool on the premises that is fully enclosed by wrought iron fencing that contains an outward swinging, self-closing/self-latching gate with a key lockable device. Pool contains an alarm that will sound upon detecting an entrance into the water, an easily accessible coast guard approved life ring with exterior diameter of 17 inches and 12 foot rescue pole with a body hook. LPA verified fencing/devices meet the required standards.
