25 | On Friday, October 4, 2024 at 8:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tanya Washington met with Licensee Ekaterina Khudainazarova for an unannounced case management inspection to increase capacity to the maximum number of 14 children. During today's inspection LPA observed Licensee and Staff #1 providing care and supervision to five preschool aged children, also present in the home is Licensee's husband. Facility hours and days of operation are Monday- Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Licensee understands that care may not be provided to the same child for over 24 hours.
Licensee obtained signed permission from the landlord which allows her to care for up to 14 children. LPA discussed and provided a visual of capacity/ ratio options with and without an assistant. LPA also reminded Licensee that when her or an assistant are left alone with children they divert to small license ratio/ capacity requirements.
On September 30, 2024, Sacramento City Fire Department granted a fire clearance to operate a large license.
The off limit areas in the home will consist of: office, master bedroom/ bathroom and garage. The Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Off-limit areas will remain inaccessible to children by closed door and/or supervision. Toxic and hazardous items are inaccessible to children.
Per Licensee there are no weapons on the premises. Licensee's CPR and First Aid is valid until 09/2025. Licensee's Mandated Reporter training was obtained through Child Action Agency on 12/20/2023 and is valid until 12/20/2025.
