32 | ... the facility's AC was being repaired and the hot temperatures caused the taped postings and other wall decorations to fall off the wall. The postings continued to be put back up but would keep falling down due to the heat. Once AC was fixed, the postings stayed up. LPA recalls that during the visit on 7/11/24, the facility closed early to repair the AC.
Based on the interviews conducted, and the records reviewed, the above allegation was found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
An exit interview was conducted by Jennie Tedlos with Director Christine Mendoza, and Appeal Rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and shall remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
