Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with licensee Isabel Cardenas-Rico to deliver findings for the above allegation. Present were licensee, licensee's assistant Josefina Gutierrez and nine day care children.

Based on interviews and pertinent documentation obtained, although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited.

Notice of Site was issued and must be posted for 30 days.
