Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with Director Cristina Barrientos to deliver findings for the above allegation. LPA observed seven preschoolers in the Bumblebee room with one teacher and eight preschoolers in the Fireflies room with one teacher.

Based on interviews, although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited.
