13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with Director Cristina Barrientos to deliver findings for above allegation. LPA explained the nature of the visit. LPA observed 29 children with two teachers and one aide in the playground area.
Based on interviews conducted with staff and children, although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiency was cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
