On Friday October 10, 2025, at 9:46am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovanni Cristales conducted an unannounced visit at the facility above to conduct a follow-up investigation inspection. LPA met with Administrator Jacquelyn Mansfield. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings regarding the above complaint allegations. LPA verified a census of 42 daycare children, along with the administrator and staff.

The investigation included interviews with staff, children, and other relevant parties, as well as a review of facility plan of operation. Allegation #1 alleges staff did not provide adequate food; the investigation reveals the preschool does not participate in the elementary lunch program. Parents are responsible for providing lunch for their child. Allegations #2 and #3 alleges staff denied restroom access and handled a child roughly; Staff denied these allegations, and no witnesses corroborated them. Therefore, it cannot be determined that the facility violated children’s personal rights, and the allegations are unsubstantiated.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit made by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
