ON 12/10/24 at 8:35 am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA'S) Patricia Berry and Claudia Caywood conducted a case management-visit to update facility sketch to include updated room numbers and exclude two rooms 408 and 410 for private kindergarten. LPA discussed with director the toddler-option program is closed along with the school-age program.

LPA's measured classrooms 201, 202, 203, 401, 402, 403 (napping room only), 404, 407, 409 and 411. Rooms 405 is staff office, 406 bathroom and 408 and 410 is now private kindergarten.

LPA's measured all designated rooms with the total capacity of 171 preschool children. A new license will be generated and sent to the facility.

No deficiencies cited today.

Exit interview conducted with director, appeal rights and notice of site visit issued.

Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
