According to the UIR, on Monday, 07/22/2024 at approximately 10:30 am, both Crystal Reynolds and Amy Halit walked the center to conduct an observation of all the classroom. As they entered the 3's classroom, a staff was witnessed pulling Child 1 (C1) by the arm in a rough manner and sat the child down in a chair.
