On the date and time listed, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Perla Ordones and Eric Ramos arrived at the facility for the purposes of conducting additional interviews for a complaint which was delivered on 10/02/2024. LPAs were granted entry to the facility by Director Karina Hines. LPAs explained the purpose of the day's visit and conducted a facility tour to take census.

LPA observed 34 day-care children present at the facility. There were no violations of Title 22 Regulations found during this visit.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Amy Halit.
