This program provides am and pm snacks and snacks are prepared onsite by Phoenix Academy. LPA Rivera informed site supervisor that any food brought from the children's homes, the container shall be labeled with the child's name and properly stored or refrigerated. For water drinking, LPA Rivera observed water pitchers, bottles and sippy cups in the classrooms. The facility was observed to be free of flies, other insects and rodents.

LPA Rivera reviewed the children’s roster, children’s files, staff files, and sign in/out sheets and observed 21 signed in signatures.
LPA Rivera observed site supervisor Tammy Austin Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification dated 3/1/25, and has proof of immunization against Pertussis, MMR and Influenza declination. Site supervisor has completed the mandated reporter training dated 10/25/25. Site Supervisor was informed that the mandated reporter training must be completed every 2 years, and is available at www.mandatedreporterca.com
